Just thought I would send an update on my annual review I am sorry for those who are still waiting in a backlog and are months behind having theirs complete.
Our review was due 25th February I sent all my paperwork in at the beginning of February our I&E was complete and we was told no increase for this year, I was extremely worried as they had changed our I&E completely to how we completed it however all the figures stacked up the same I chased this several times but never heard back.
I have just received our Annual report through the post so all done and dusted I was very quick to check if there was any increase in fee's but I cant see anything on there our original dividend was 17p now shows estimated dividend of 18.6p I am guessing this is due to our uplift payments.
All in All pretty painless the contact by phone I have had has been quite positive and I find they do seem helpful and friendly.
I hope all the worry and anxiety has been for nothing, I know we have seen a lot of F&F positive posts about CF but wanted to share this as I know there are many worried about their reviews.
Inter-locking IVA approved 25th Feb 2013 - F&F offer Accepted 06th July 2017 - Completion Certificate received 20th July 2017

Thanks for this post, its good to start reading these positive reviews. I bet its a weight off your mind. Cant say I'm looking forward to our review with having eldest at Uni now, Mel was very helpful with that so I will wait and see what these are like. Think I might do exactly what you did though and send all the paperwork quickly before they ask, seems to have prompted them to complete it.

Thanks for sharing that. Interesting though- My review was due in October last year, and the review was finally completed about a month ago. All I had though was an email to confirm my payments (I challenged the working out and had it reduced slightly due to a salary change) I asked if there would be a report or payment summary, but have received nothing. I'm in my final year, so was hoping to see the projected dividend plus any arrears etc, and a summary of my account.
It seems very hit and miss as to how/when reviews take place!

Hiya
I'm also confused as to the order they do the reviews, hubby's was due 14th Nov, he received the annual report before the I&E which we completed and sent off with wage slips and bank statements but not heard a thing from them
IVA started 14/10/11
CC received 31/10/16
