I am hoping that, by the time you get there, all of this will be a distant memory (to be replaced by what ??? ) :-)

That's the scary thing replaced by what?? who knows...nobody. Hopefully though things will be running smooth as I'm sure they did before this whole VAT and PPI issues.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi Flamingate, you are absolutely right to be doing as much research as you can prior to making a decision. The completion of your IVA is just as important as the acceptance of it. The delay from some companies in administering and issuing completion certificates has been a big topic on here for sometime now and more people are looking to see how various IPs differ in their approach to this.

Obviously at some point it will be a good idea for you to chat to a couple of experts to fing out more about your options and the process involved.

Asking extensive questions on any forum is rarely going to give you the right answers you seek, and it is very difficult for anyone to keep answering multiple questions and time consuming as well.

The very best thing you can do is pick up the phone and ask direct questions to a selection of IP firms, if your intentions to seek help for your own financial difficulties are genuine. There is much debate on her about types of firms, individual client service and the way cases are run for you to conduct full research.
