I am currently leasing my car from ford, where i just pay an amount each month to 'lease' the car. I usually change every couple of years and am due to change in september. Will my iva affect this? Will they check or will i just continue on with the payments? My advisor says it will be ok. But am worried as dont want to lose my car! I have not missed payments on it.

You may be ok as you are already with them, not sure how these things work though.

Hi - I would make an anonymous call to your leasing co and explain your situation. If you need a new contract and credit check, you may encounter problems. On the other hand, you'll be fine if they don't credit check you again. That's what you need to know.
