Hello all...after for some advice...as some of you may remember i was made Bankrupt in june 2009. i want to see if i was able to get car Finance, i have normal every day household bills, along with my ee contract which i have had or around 9 years and have never missed a payment. i am in full time employment, so was just wondering who are the best people to use if i was able.

In a few months trace of the BR should disappear so I would wait until then --- after that, as Arfur Daley and Del Boy have both said, the world is your lobster !

so in June if i get hold of my credit report i can remove the bankruptcy and start fresh is that what you mean.

The bankruptcy should simply fall off the files 6 years after it started.
