Iv been saving %50 my overtime money for 8months now ,I usually pay it every 6months,received no letter asking for it so I phoned them last week and they said they hadnt worked out how much I owed and would phone me back next day ,still no phonecall so the money can just stay in my account earning me interest,it does annoy me a bit when Iv been making sure I save it every month and they cant be bothered taking it,wonder if theyd be so slow if I didnt have the money to give them.

I send mine in monthly as my husband is paid weekly and I make the onus on myself to pay it in at the end of each month once my IVA payment is made, I write a cheque the following week and send it in with how I calculated the amount. I haven't heard anything so far so I assume I'm doing it correctly and not going to receive a demand for further payment as to be honest I haven't got any spare money at all at the moment. Well done you for being so disciplined and I hope they get back to you very soon to advise how much they want.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Not all modifications are the same. Im allowed to earn 10% over my normal pay before i have to split 50%. So sometimes it does need calculating Dots!!

15 down 45 to go

i am just wondering, my OH has OT clause, does he get to keep the first 10% over his net wage, or 10% of the overtime payment?

actually that sounded a little confusing. say my OH net wage is £400 a week, does he get to earn another £40 that week before split (that is what i thought) coz when i discussed with IP i pointed out that they have calculated hi monthly pay as 400 x 52weeks divided by 12 months = £1733pm. does this means that if one week he gets £200 OT, but not in any other week, does he get to keep 10% for that week (£40) or 10% for that month (£173) confusing huh! [:p]
transfer it all into saving anyway, but would be great to be informed
