Can you tell me what happens at your annual review. Do you have to show bank statements
and justify your spending. I am with Payplan.
Thanks

I cannot speak for Payplan but we request up to date pay slips and a P60. We send out a new income and expenditure for completion and the bulk of cases effectively end there. There may be an uplift if your income has increased although this is often offset by increases in expenditure.

There is nothing really to be concerned about the annual review provided you have complied with the terms throughout the year.

Hi Karen - its best to go to your contact at Payplan to ask them specifically what to expect at your review. Ideally this would have been explained to you as part your application process but I know there is a lot to take in along the way!

Best wishes with it and have a good weekend.

Payplan usually phone you up or you can phone them up and arrange a suitable date to do a telephone income and expenditure review, you will then have to send in 3 months payslips and your P60 if you have it,I've never had to send in my bank statements yet.

We're with Payplan and have never sent in bank statements. We have to send in payslips quarterly and have never yet sent in a P60. Then again our yearly figures are always at the bottom of the payslips.

Just make sure your I&E reflects any rises. I've not had to justify anything.

It's all done by phone.

I'm also with Payplan and I've never been asked for bank statements, (but they're welcome to them if they want!) I've had 3 annual reviews so far and each time after the telephone review I've just been asked to send in my current P60 and last 3 months bank statements. I've never been asked to prove or justify any changes to my expenditure and have found that the review is very straightforward, but I always worry about then beforehand!

Yes, I did mean payslips and also meant to type "them beforehand" and not "then beforehand". I read through my post twice before submitting it and I still got it wrong - typing was never my strong point!

Mine changed this year, first few years was just 3 months wageslips and p60, now due to when my review lands i haven't been able to provide a p60 to any of my reviews but they seem happy enough with my wageslips. Also any bills, so i send off my council tax, TV licence my bus/train pass cars to prove its a monthly DD i pay, water rates and car tax reciept etc basically anything ive kept.

This time they asked for my bank statements, which took some doing as i normally just shred them, im review came back surprising, its being reviewed but 3 years in still having some problems with a couple of creditors, hoping my IP can sort them.

I have never had to provide bank statements or any bills. What I have told them has been taken as read.
