Hi tracyj and welcome to the forum

Only with the agreement of your IP and either a resolution of creditors passed at a general creditors meeting or an Order of the Court.

As both procedures are costly, you will need to have a really good reason for wanting to change. This is quite unusual - are you having difficulties with your Supervisor? If so let us know and we may be able to suggest how you might resolve them.

Good advice from Melanie.

Swapping IPs is very rare as it is both time consuming and costly, why do you want to swap?
