Hi

That is a reasonable request so you would expect your IVA company to agree

My IVA payments are due on 15th but I pay on 27th as I requested it on my payday. No problems. personally I would have struggled to budget for 60 months otherwise so should be no problem at all
IVA complete March 2014 after 6 years.

First payment is generally due within 30 days of the meeting. My meeting was on the 17th and my first payment went out on the 4th of the following month.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

The first payment usually will need to be made within 28 days of the creditors meeting - so hopefully you can time that to suit your payment dates - but do discuss this with your IP at the time you sign up to your IVA proposals.

I regularly change the date I make my payment, depending on when I am paid, when I get my expenses and when I get my contribution to living expenses from my wife. I even have broken a monthly payment into 2 different payments.

As long as the whole amount has been paid within 30 days of the due date my IP has been fine.
