Can you apply for an IVA with a partner. Obviously we both have debt and have lived together for 5 year but alone our debt is not £15,000 each whereas together it is.
Each case is looked at in its own merit so it may be possible to look at an arrangement for both of you. Once you have spoken to a couple of companies about the debts you each have and the disposable income you could have between you you can then look at which options suit you best.
