I can see why they would want things equal with BR, but do think that they should be included in BR and IVA.

i feel sick now. I had included my student loans as part of my IVA proposal, but I won't be sending my signed paperwork in until Tuesday now, which means my creditors meeting won't be until later in April. I can't believe I just missed that 6th April cut off.

I'd still include them under the premise of nothing ventured...

But sign and send it back before the 6th....

I will be posting my paperwork off tomorrow now, but I expect that because it is Easter weekend, no mail will move until Tuesday anyway.

The timing of the legislation chance is unfortunate, but I have looked at your case Sally and I don't this it is going to have that much affect to be honest.
