Hello there. My iva company has extended my iva from ending 2024 to 2028. They say I have additional monies I owe. They haven’t updated my ins and outs which I sent and posted last September. I just need advice on if they can do this. They didn’t tell me they was doing it just said I owe £10,000 in additional monies.
You need to get someone to clarify where this extra money is from, especially if they have not done an I&E for a while. Which company are you with?
It is unusual for an IVA to be extended by that length of time.
