welcome to the forum.Only unsecured credit can be included in an IVA.

An IVA does not affect the rights of secured creditors, so you will need to ensure that you continue paying your mortgage payments throughout the duration of the IVA. As Tracy correctly says, IVAs only take account of unsecured debts.
