i posted on here only last week about ppi,we have 7 creditors so weve been sent 7 ppi claims forms from the iva,how do you claim ppi from a catalogue company?
Anyway were sure we had it with only 1 loan and it was looked into some years ago,without any result
Passed all this onto our iva but they want every form completing,so i guess yes they are insisting we make claims
Hi Mart. Ask your IPO how they expect a claim for PPI that was never in existence, and, as for the 1 loan with PPI, there is no harm in trying again in light of recent events in the PPI world. However, was it mis-sold ? As that will be the basis for the claim, can you hand on heart say it was mis-sold? If so, go for it, it will increase the dividend to the creditors. If it was not mis-sold, surely your IP would not condone fraud !!!!
