As long as it doesn't affect your payments into the IVA ( ie, is funded from already agreed allowances)and as long as you are accepted by Virgin,They will credit check, I can't see a problem.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Thanks I have to wait 24hrs for the dreaded credit check, been looking on virgin forums and seems that others have been accepted or they put a ceiling on the monthly limit. It just enables me to keep it for the kids as the allowance on my iva are so low and sky is double

Virgin customers also get a small discount on the mobile packages.

Ive managed to swap both mine and my wife's orange contracts onto virgin while in an IVA with no trouble at all.

Un-fortunatley this was only after i put myself through that embarrasing moment of failing the credit checks in a busy carephone warehouse store.
