Hi is it possible to make my full and final settlement payment from myself rather than a giftor?

Hi - where would the money be coming from? You should not have sufficient cash to be able to do it yourself.

If the funds are coming from your share of overtime / bonus payments, and / or allowable windfalls then, yes, you can fund an offer yourself. Otherwise, as Kallis says, you should not have access to such funds.

Heidi667 - presuming access to the funds is through the sale of items that belong to you, or a inheritance that should be declared in full etc you can offer a full and final offer, however the impact of the iva on your credit files would not change. The iva will remain on file until the 6th anniversary of the date of commencing.

Hi Heidi667,

We would need more information regarding the source of said funds, prior to giving you the appropriate advice.
We are incredibly grateful that you took the time to leave us a review.

Many thanks,
The Debt Movement Team.

Hi, Heidi667, please do not send personal details unless you are, in fact, a client of Debt Movement UK as I have noted that you have not said that you are anywhere in your post.
