can i live abroad and be in dept?

hi! i am paying depts of though a IVA set up a year ago and can make the payments with ease. B4 having to do the IVA me and my now ex where in the pro of emmigrating but then split! the app was held up her name taken off it and i dipite the dept of pay her off and taking on a mortgage have the chance to away next year when the visa comes though! I have a house and plan to rent it out and can cover the mortgage and the depts im in! what i want to know is can i live abroad and be in dept? with anyone care aslong as the ndept is being payed?

Yes - you can have debts and pay them equally well from overseas as you can by residing in this country. After all everything is electronic these days.

Agree with Mel, as long as the move won't effect your ability to pay this will be a perfectably workable situation.
