Seriously thinking about an IVA as seems to be only way out of my current bad financial situation.
Im self employed so have an old transit van for works use and £800 worth of old Mazda for non work use.
Would I be able to keep hold of the Mazda and be allowed the normal running costs or would they say I could use the van for non work use ?
Im a self employed window cleaner so van full of equipment / water etc and mazda is not sutable to be used for work as its only a 2 seater.
Got millions of things gonna around my head these days [:(]

Yes - this is more than reasonable, and I would certainly be happy to put that forward. You clearly do need to keep both of the vehicles.
