You cannot include your wife's creditors into your IVA, she would need one of her own, but you can present a joint and interlocking arrangement where the payments become mutually dependent and then all creditors receive the same distribution.

It is better to discuss this directly with an insolvency practitioner who can give you specific advice about your own circumstances.
