Hi I'm in the middle of my IVA and been given notice to leave my flat , if I may need a deposit of £700.00 for instance, would i be allowed to get help from my family for the full amount of the deposit. This could be a gift towards my accommodation.
If the family help with the deposit directly there should be no issue ... they pay the agent direct, nothing goes through your account, IP remains blissfully unaware.
If you need to save up the money yourself, your IP might agree a few months payment break to save up .... this would be added back on at the end of the IVA term.
