Hi, we are 3 years into our iva, we have never missed a payment, paid extra in, ppi gone in, I rang a while ago asking for help towarxs a newer reliable car for work, I just took a better paid job further away meaning more money for iva but more travelling for me, noe my car is letting me down I I feel if it keeps up ill be in danger of losing my job, we have just had a letter saying we are getting another £8000 ppi refund, can I ask for maybe £2000 from this ppi to replace my car so I can keep my job, any help with this would be great, thanks
This would require a variation but given the circumstances creditors may agree. If they do not you could end up losing work and this would impact on the IVA. Speak to your IP who should be able to help.
