can i ask for a settlement figure

I have been in my IVA for 2 years now and find it very restrictive and stressfull, particularly as im thinking of moving abroad. can i ask for a settlement figure/how do i go about this. My partner has offered to help finance this so we can move on.

Best to contact your IP for the settlement figure or offer in the region of the dividend originally promised if the IVA were to run its full course. You could also knock some off the the years of fees you would no longer have to pay. Your chairmans report should tell you how much the fees are per year.
