Id almost given up too BoL[B)] but ive been watching the mortgage threads with interest!! Ive now decided to spend the next year saving like a mad thing for a deposit (if an IVA teaches you anything, its how to live on next to nothing)
So yes, Im quite optimistic now..Im just praying the goalposts dont move in the not too distant[:)]
