Can I add this to a second IVA application

After agreeing into a IVA I unfortunately lost my job. I have now returned to work but the Company that acted on my behalf has stated that due to missed payments they would not be continuing my monthly payment plan. They have now instructed me to cancel my Direct Debit. Can you offer any advice on this as I do not want to have to enter into bankruptcy but I cannot see any other alternative. I have also fallen behind on my Council Tax, this has been passed to a debt collection agency and they are not accepting my offer of what I can afford each month. Can I add this to a second IVA application.
your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum, you are in a great place for advice. Please wait for an expert to help you. How long were you out of work? I don't think you can include council tax in an IVA but I'm suer an expert will clarify for you. Viki X

Yeah, I think council tax is one of those debts that can't be included.
One of the experts will be along soon to give you a definate answer.
It may be helpful if you can put down the details of your debts, amounts and creditors and any disposable income you have so the experts can advise you better,
