I have been paying into my IVA 3 years May and one of the Debtors has decided that I owe them 4.5K more than the original figure because they have added the interest on that they expected back?

I assume you mean creditors? Ongoing interest cannot be charged from the date of the creditors meeting, so if this has happened your IP needs to lodge a challenge.
