Our IVA has been terminated and I've just looked at our credit report and it states "Voluntary Arrangement Complete" which is blatantly wrong or do they use this terminology even if it fails?

Does it explain in more detail when you click on it on your crept report - my friends recently said completed but she had failed - there was a note of correction to explain it was completed but it had failed... Worth checking !!
