Hi there Bradley and welcome to the forum

I am assuming that you have an IVA proposal about to be submitted to creditors? We cannot give you any mortgage advice here, and I doubt that your current lender will give you any indication of their likely stance so far into the future. Are you on a fixed rate deal mow?

Bradley, you appear to have opened a new thread with the same question 3 times now, each thread has been answered with the same information, I'm not really sure what else you are expecting? no one can really confirm what will happen in 5 years time, however, as I stated on one of your other threads, it is likely you will just go onto the SVR
