i have 30k of debt so my out going debt alone is about £550 a month i also have a mortgage capital and repayment £850 a month plus all other bills married wife who is out of work and 3 young children,my main concern is that in 5 years i will struggle to get a new mortgage deal (im on 80 per cent Ltv) at the moment what im hoping for is that in 5 years that i dont have to change deals stay with my current lender (nat west)and just drop on to the standard variable rate just need this confirmed before i go throu with the iva (salary 29000k a year)more going out that coming in any help please
I am assuming that you have an IVA proposal about to be submitted to creditors? We cannot give you any mortgage advice here, and I doubt that your current lender will give you any indication of their likely stance so far into the future. Are you on a fixed rate deal mow?
Bradley, you appear to have opened a new thread with the same question 3 times now, each thread has been answered with the same information, I'm not really sure what else you are expecting? no one can really confirm what will happen in 5 years time, however, as I stated on one of your other threads, it is likely you will just go onto the SVR
