I'm not saying it's right that these things happen, but I really don't see that it's anything to worry about.

I had the same thing with Littlewoods after I went BR, and I asked them for the name of someone I could send the BR order to as well as the department and when I did that I didn't hear from them any more.

If I hear from Egg again I'll probably do the same. I certainly won't be losing sleep over it - I did enough of that at the beginning.

I really cannot see what the problem is! It's covered by the IVA, it's cost them postage and I'm afraid all I would do with it is shred it!
