also does it matter if you cannot remember when the loans etc where taken out as some where a few years ago and i havnt a clue when they started there are some some debts that i cannot remember how much i owe them can i just put the amouth i think it may be or does it have to be exact.x

We just put down approx time of taking loans/cards out. Unless you have the credit agreements to get the dates from just put down approx, the OR will check the details for definate when they are handling your br.
