Both myself and Experion have tried to contact Marlin Financial to remove default

hi i finished my iva in nov 2012 .marlin financial took over a northrn rock debt which was included in the iva they have now put a default on experian credit checks .i have written and emailed marlin with no response .experian has emailed them with no response where do i go with this to get it taken off my credit files thanks

Go back to NRAM who sold the debt and tell them that you are going to hold them responsible unless this is addressed properly. Hopefully NRAM can then put the pressure on Marlin.
