Shift working is an excuse when you have washing and ironing to do as well as wanting to relax during the weekend!

I have never had a problem with Ebay at all and I much prefer it to anything else. I can do it when I want.

We will have to agree to disagree marky - I will never do a car booter - I have better things to do with my time!

Speaking for myself I am skint, but I've got better things to do at 3.30am, like sleeping!

My youngest daughter goes to the next sale at 5am and kits her daughter out for £100 - she gets loads of things. Don't know if she'll be so keen to go now she has the baby [:D]

I get loads of bargains in the designer outlet village and littlewoods clearance sale shop, but I'm not too good at rummaging in the sales.

One shop I hate is Tmax....its like a jumble sale in there, no matter what time of day you go.

There is no way I would ever queue outside a shop at 5am.

At the moment, as my Paypal accont is a little threadbare, it's Asda and Tesco value trousers and jeans!

I seem to have plenty of stuff I keep thinking I should sell at a car boot sale but some how cannot get round to it. I agree with Jan getting up at 3am is only for holidays or emergencies.

Same here Julie, I hate TK Maxx. A friend of mine has always got really good bargains there, but I can't be bothered - nothing is on the right rails, and I don't want clothes that look as though someone has cleaned the floor with them! Well that's what our local one is like anyway!

A girl after my own heart countrygirl!

My daughter loves TKMaxx. She has had some fantastic Bench stuff from there recently.

I can't be bothered to rummage - I like to go to a shop and the sales rales are in some sort of order.

Went to a car boot sale in Crawley last weekend and it took over 2 hours to walk around other peoples junk. Some of the stalls looked as if they had emptied the dustbin on to it. And the prices they wanted, I have binned better stuff and I can get new from Primark for less.

The car boots round us start at 7am. Not good!!! We attempted one not long ago and we should of stayed in bed. Just wasn't worth the effort.
