BONUS OF 325.00 At xmas my annual review is due would i have to declare this i thought u didnt as long as its no more then 500.00

It depends upon the terms of your actual IVA proposal - have a read through to see if you have the £500 threshold.

Would a bonus not come under the 10% 50/50 rule rather than a windfall?
