Hi all

Spoke with my IP @ B&E regarding the news on here and G&T. Business will carry on as normal at the front end, or client facing side. Us clients will continue to deal with B&E, the portfolio of clients will transfer to G&T however for the limited time left for me I will only deal with B&E.

Shame I just notice that the new company is G&T. Ice and slice any one??[:D]
Its only 60 months!

This experience has taught me to improvise, adapt and overcome.

Grant Thornton are generally a good company to deal with so people transfering to them from Blair Endersby should not have an issue. If only their name was G&T....

Hi All,

Glad to hear this. I have been worrying as my IVA is due to finish in June but had been extended by two months due to falling behind a few years ago. My parents are going to lend me the two months 'late' payments next month to bring the payments up to date and BE had verbally told me that that would bring the IVA back down to its 5 year term. However, they refused to confirm this in writing (although they had confirmed the two month extension in writing) and I was worried that new IP would just take the additional money from the parents and make me complete the extra two months too!
Luckily my Account Manger knows all this and if the staff are staying it should be ok!!

They would have no grounds to take that money and make you pay extra Jim, so good luck for an earlier conclusion than expected.
