What a lovely positive attitude Banjoplayer has, and this should be inspirational for anyone thinking of entering into a debt solution. Very well done, and good luck for the future.

Congratulations. If you have any problems with BE in the future, email their IP address, they even send flowers sometimes (or they did in my case) although mine was rather complicated.

Congrats banjoplayer and well done for posting a positive post. As you say, you can only report on your own findings, hopefully B&E will continue the good service you have had.

xx

I have to say I'd second Banjoplayer's comment's. I've been with BE for a couple of years or so and must say that I have recently noticed a marked improvement in them.

They will be pleased to hear that. I heard the other day that a very good friend of mine who used to work for me is to join them as an IP, so that is good news for existing and future clients as she really is a nice person and a good IP.

Thanks to everyone who has made a constructive comment on this thread. I really do believe that the best recommendation for any company is on a public forum, many people can put their view with reference to good quality or very bad service.

A company will definately move forwards if it at least tries to be understanding of their clients situation, and do something positive to ensure that their client at least understands the situation with reference to their concerns.

And as we all know news about bad service travels faster than a speeding bullet and takes far longer to regain a good name.

As I stated initially I can only speak on how I have been treated and I give 10/10. [;)]

It's good news that Blair Endersby are trying to get their act together. It's just a shame that things had to get as bad as they did before they took action.

I totally agree you should speak as you find Banjoplayer, and good luck with your IVA x

Hi
It would be good to see all the major players with a presence on the forum, good to see DFD have come on board and hopefully Blair Endersby will post a little more.
We have to remember that the nature of this forum is that it will attract people looking for a solution but also those who are already in a solution experiencing a problem. Not many will post if everything is running well with their arrangement, therefore all the professionals that post on the forum representig their particular company need a pat on the back for opening themselves up to criticism as well as praise.
Regards
Andam Davies

I absolutely agree with you Andy. By publicly responding to criticism, these firms are taking giant steps in demonstrating that they are taking client care seriously, and are sure to benefit from the rewards that will bring.

Tottally agree Andy, the more proffesionals that we can draw and keep posting on the forum can only lead to greater success of the forum along with accurate advice from all providers of debt solutions in which those seeking proffessional solutions can get the appropriate advice for thier own needs. This can only lead to more succesful IVA's being provided all round and also a further increased awareness of how good an IVA is as a debt solution which in turn should reduce the number of rogue companies such as the IVA council.

I agree that we need more proffessionals. We sometimes find that the ones we have though, don't always post that often.

We also need to be able to reach a wider audience out there so that people are aware of the service we provide, both with support and advice, on and off the forum.

There is still a huge amount of misinformation about IVAs and this forum at least tries to nail some of the myths. I agree that the more posters the better as it is not an exact science and we all learn from the advice and experiences of others.

Couldn't agree more Michael.

There is nothing like hearing about the personal experiences of someone who is going through the same as you. It gives you hope and you know that you can get through it.

I wish we could attract more posters than we do, the support and advice on here is second to none.
