Hi all, today my IVA company rang me and told me that my IVA had been accepted by my creditors, Blair endersby have taken me through this process with total professionalism so far.

I enrolled with this company before finding this forum and all of these very helpful and caring people,My main concern was that B-E have had a lot of bad press on here, (maybe justified) and I really was worried about how they would proceed with my case.

Well I can only speak of my experience with them and all I can say is they kept me completely up to date from my first contact, right up to the final day of my creditors meeting with everything they were doing, I have no worries what so-ever about moving forwards with this company.

All I would say to anyone with a debt problem please look at this site and read about all of the people who give excellent comments about the IP's who make regular post on here before making any sort of commitment.

And finally please be totally honest with your IP they need to know everything, after all they are looking after your interest as well as your creditors and it would be a shame that any mis-doings on your part helps your iva fail.

To everyone on here who have advised and given me hope etc and especially to Blair Endersby......Thank you.

Best Wishes BP

Hi,

Glad you have got your IVA accepted. Myself personally if I could turn the clock back would not have used Blair Endersby. At the beginning they were fantastic but once you come to reviews, changes of circumstances or trying to contact them it is a different story altogether.

I hope all works out for you and congratulations once again on the acceptance [:D]

It is fair to say that BE have had a lot of bad press on here in the time that I have been posting, probably with good reason, but it is also worth pointing out that lately there have been quite a few posts praising them, especially in relation to improved customer service standards. Well done to them for addressing these issues is what I would say.

Regards.

They are always brilliant at first - it is when you are established it can all go a bit pants, but they are definitely improving their customer service of late, so I hope you don't suffer like some of us have had to.
Completion Certificate received September 2012.

Thank you all for your lovely comments, I am now off to the pub for a couple of pints, first time since last christmas so I am really going to savour it [:D]

I have been given a second chance to control my spending and I intend to be debt free for the first time in my adult life, what I cannot afford to buy I will go without, after all a small price to pay for piece of mind.
