I would like to say a big thank you to Freeman Jones, but especially Spencer Last.

Two weeks ago my IVA was sent away for it's final review. My IVA couldn't have gone smoother thanks to both my dedication and the staff at Freeman Jones.

However, I was disappointed that Freeman Jones said it could take up to 4 months to receive my CC! Because of this, I created a post on here, to which Spencer Last replied. Spencer asked me to contact him to see if he could assist. Within 1 day of my email, Spencer got back to me to say he had reviewed my IVA and my CC should be sent out within 7 working days.

Today is the 2nd working day since Spencer replied, and my CC arrived this morning!

Finally this has come to an end and I can move forward...

IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
