I posted a moan about Grant Thornton and how unhelpfuly the customer servies dept had been. Melanie Giles took up my case and now the issue has been sorted. Just goes to show the power of the forum!

That is good news for you and I'm glad it's sorted. Mel really does work hard for her clients, others and the forum.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
