i would telephone them asap , and say you no longer wish to continue with an iva application, you have sought alternate advice and put it in writing to them, if they say anything just say thanks for advice so far but i really feel at this time an iva is not for me, and thats it then get another opinion or 2 off others read iva.com for good ip's or just start here with the ones on this site, you know you will get good honest advice from the ones on this forum, good luck let us know how you get on.

Hi Master

Please, Please do listen to the advice on this board as it is very important to find a good supervisor who will explain the position.

Also do read your proposal clearly and do come back with any concerns you have.

I have to admit £750 is a lot but then do not know all the facts!

Good Luck

Thanks for all your help and concerns. It is really a big help for me granting the burden I am carrying at the moment. I dont know what to do without you guys. I already made a big mess and I want to put things at the right order. I'll phone and write to them. Thank you very much indeed.

Hi Master,

If you do decide to look for another IVA firm to represent you, you might find our web site useful. We maintain a list of IVA firms and IPs. We also publish reviews of their services that have been posted by their clients.

We recommend speaking to several IVA firms before choosing which to work with.

Good luck and please let us know how it goes.

Kind regards,
Terry Balfour
