Hi All

Has anyone seen this programme on sky 3. It starts at 5pm weekdays. It covers people who are unable to meet their debts and how they feel etc. I think it is called car crash Tv.

The end of it is advice from a debt advisor, they use payplan. my issue is I have not yet heared them offer up the IVA as a possible solution, it steers nearly all of them down a DMP route. Currently watching todays prog so will see if IVAis offered.

Feedback please

I have seen it, and agree IVA are rarely offered as a solution - but they have been discussed.

The Bank of Mum & Dad is a great programme to watch and always considers IVA's as an option

Beat the bailiff is full of inaccuracies and should not be relied upon.

Payplan are good and do offer all options if you call them.

I would not trust anything like this that I saw on TV.

My understanding is that the way to beat the bailiff is to NOT invite them in, and keep doors and windows closed.

They have to gain peaceful entry first, after that they can then break in to retrieve goods they have marked on their earlier visit.

Beat the Bailiff sounds like a good idea [:D]..... but not strictly legal [:)]
If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else’s, we’d grab ours back.

Funds paid to date accepted as F&F 16th August 2013, the wait for completion begins.

hi the only good thing with this programme is that the presenter had to go bankrupt especially as she gives everyone a hard time

Hi all,

Dealing with bailiffs can be a distressing issue for those involved.

Here's a useful link to a user-friendly guide:

Hope this can be of some interest.
