This bit is not an exact science but from my experience and the experience of others here on the forum then the account would not be frozen by the bank - provided it is the right account.

remember what I said on another post about planning carefully the time to go to court.

Hope for the best - BUT ALWAYS PLAN FOR THE WORST . That way you are always in control.

The main thing I try to help my clients with is

Maintaining Dignity & Keeping Control of the situation. That way it always seems to be less traumatic.
