After a failed iva [:(] It really looks like myself and my wife face bankruptcy. Reading online about this it looks like we are facing fees totalling £1400!!!!!
Our iva failed as we struggled with the payments! How are we supposed to pay these fees?

Try Stepchange as they can sometimes help. They are a charity funded by creditors who do have the funds for this type of need. Unfortunately the fees have to be paid and have been increasing steadily over the past few years.
