Bankcruptcy - Tax And NI

During the bankruptcy process, is there any interaction with the Tax man and or National Insurance ?

If you have outstanding HMRC debts, the Trustee will liaise closely with those departments to work out what you owe and then ultimately distribute a share of the assets (if any) to them.

Why do you ask?

For the remainder of the current tax year, you will go to a NIL tax code, and those funds will be paid to you in your pay packet.

You them have to pay these to the OR.
