Couldn't have happened to a more deserving bank. To think that when HSBC were Midland they were the listening bank!! Will never ever knowingly give them another penny or momentof my time!

Yeah you guessed it - they were my bank!![:D]

Me neither kazza! When they were Midland Bank they were superb - our bank manager was very sympathetic when I had problems with National Girobank who took all of my salary when I missed one payment on their loan!!!!

They are also terrible with people in an IVA by closing the account even if the person concerned isn't a creditor and has kept the account in order.

I certainly wouldn't touch them again either!!!!

I used to be with HSBC and they were fine whilst I was taking their money, missed payment then wooo they weren't friendly anymore. I swapped to Natwest and they are so nice to me even knowing that I'm on a basic account! Would never go back to HSBC x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Now that has put a [:D] on my face!

I hate HSBC (Former Customer as you can guess!) as they were so bad as a bank and when I got into bother they were even worse. Will never be a customer of theirs again!

I think the vast majority of us who had them as creditors feel the same!
