may be a bit of a silly question but can you claim bank charges whilst in an IVA when the bank is now one of your creditors?
Thanks

Hi there Red
Also if they are a creditor then they wont give you the money they may keep it and take it off what you owe also if you do get it it is classed as a windfall and would have to go to the iva so probably not worth the trouble.

The only people who are likely to benefit from a reclaim are your other creditors, so you have to ask yourself is it worth doing in the first place?
