List what you took each individual debt for and reasons for not being able to pay, and any key events that have heppened which made you unable to pay etc. Are you with Melanie? Melanie sent me a letter listing the things you should be writing down, it was a big help. X

Like Viki says be honest. I put down the reasons I borrowed the money and the reasons I couldn't repay it. It must have been sufficient as my IVA was accepted and the OR was ok with it as well when I went BR!
