are locksmiths allowed to assist baliffs in gaining entry to a property?

I always thought that bailiffs could not enter your property without you there.

Bailiffs can enter your property with a court order - with or without you being there... Usually with a police presence. Yes, they can also use the services of a locksmith.

from what i understand they can enter with or without you there however they cannot break into your home ie locksmith but can enter through any open doors or open windows SO KEEP EVERYTHING LOCKED you also do not have to let them enter.

also the police only accompany the balliff to prevent breach of the peace does not mean you have to let them in -the only instance where they can break in is if you have previously let them gain entry so dont let them in ,in the first place if you dont want them in. also watch out for tricks dont let them use your tiolet or use your phone or have a quiet chat because once there in - THERE IN.

i understood that the only instance that they can use forced entry on first visit is for court fines, council tax etc not unsecure borrowing debt.
