Hi everyone, just thought that I'd let you know that mine & my husbands IVA's have been approved this morning!! I can't tell you the relief I feel and the huge weight that has been lifted from our shoulders.

I would just like to say a massively huge thank you to Melanie & all her fantastic team who have been amazing. Tom phoned me earlier to let me know the great news.

I really thought that ours would be the one that was declined as we have Northern Rock as our main creditor but they agreed even though our mortgage is on a repayment basis (not with NR though). We proposed a 6 year IVA in the first place as we knew that would be an issue with NR. No modifications to our payments or allowances the only modifications made were down the fees.

We are over the moon and can now start to breath again. The kids will have their old mum back [:)]

Heartfelt thanks to everyone who posts on here, you really have helped me over the past few months. Without this forum we wouldn't have found Melanie & we would probably still we looking for a way out of our huge mess.

We can now look forward to a very frugal Christmas but all paid for in cash and not the credit cards - it will be so refreshing to not have to worry about the bills dropping on the mat in January!

Thanks again

Sunny xx
