I cant belive it my IVA has just been approved. Ive been reading on this site for a while now and its just an amazing place.Ive gained a massive amount of information and if I hadnt found this sight I would not of met Susan Clay who has helped us so much along with all the staff that work with her they are just fantastic they have really helped us change our life around. This time 4 month ago we really thought we were going to go banckrupt and loose our family home. We had £65000 of debt with 20 creditors and only just meeting minimum payments and a house in negative equity. I then came across this sight and contacted Melanies office, the best thing ive done in along time. And today our IVA was approved at 17p in the £ with no modifcations, so all those like me who worry about a low dividend being excepted dont worry if your expenditure is honest and you have a good IP you have nothing to worry about.
Anyone reading this please take the first step and get some help from the experts the relief when your approved is amazing.
I can now officaly say ive paid my first of 60 payments 1 down 59 to go!! thank you so much Susan Clay and your fantastic team.

Congratulations from both of us - I must quote my husband now - "there are firms of IPs and there is Melanie's!" You are in the best possible hands - good luck to you. J

Thank you for all your kind words,I cant begin to explain how I feel today,Ive been down for such a long time its affected my family life so hopefully we can now get back on track.
It feels so good to have a budget to stick to something we never had before we paid the bills "robbing peter to pay paul" and survived on what was left.I can now do the weekly shopping and know I can still pay the bills and put petrol in the car.
One thing for sure I will be using this site to help me through the next 5 years! THANKS EVERYONE

Glad to hear you're going to be sticking around, and enjoy that feeling I still remember my acceptance day and each and everyday since the IVA is one decision I've never regretted, when things went tough for me for a while there I questionned it but never regretted it. Time flies by and month by month the feeling of satisfaction grows knowing it's your money you're spending and you'll be in credit at the end of the month not debit.

Great to see my colleague getting some fair praise as well. She works tirelessly, more behind the scenes than I, but very well deserved and a great result for all concerned.

Hi there, your posting has given me so much hope. Just starting on the road to hopefully getting into an IVA with a 30% dividend. I'm really happy for you because I can only imagine the sense of relief that you must be feeling right now - hopefully it will be the same for us and then I too might be able to get some sleep at night.
Well done!!!!!!!
