Hopefully she will get sorted soon, your debt level is similar to mine and very similar creditors (except I have Amex).
NR insisted on 6 years for me, which I am a bit disappointed with but I'm still in a million times better position than I was.
Did NR hit you for 6 ?

Nope only one of them put the equity release clause in that would extend it to 6 years if there was no equity in year 4, but can't remember who that was as all the changes are listed by the companies representing them.

Thanks Pap, she's a little more thick skinned than me, and she's been dealing with it since Jan.... much like me her biggest harasser is MBNA or their collection agency, and that will start again now.
But at least she will understand the process now.
I have suggested some sort of timeline guide to go out with welcome packs.

Hi,
Just got home and the first thing I have done is check to see how it went. Fantastic news, it realy is a great result for you.
So does this mean you got it approved with 5 years then?
Make sure you let you hair down a little and celebrate now... Just not too much [:D]
All the best
Andy

Hi Andy, yes 5 years with a clause about the equity that could extend it to 6 years if there is no equity to release.
Will let my hair down at the weekend.
