Hi all so 25 minutes after the meeting I've been called and informed that the IVA was approved. All creditors voted yes, Capitol One some modifications regarding pension contributions and modifications on the IP fees, so nothing that affects me.

I'd like to thanks Sue Clay & Claire Jackson for working on my case and getting me an approval, Melanie Giles & David Mond for all of their advise on this forum, IVA4US, Kallis3 and the other vetrans of the forum for their support and advice and those who have been through the same process in recent weeks and supported me, notably elv5, cazlizzy, Loneranger, GinSkipper, PAP, janjan, swardean and Swans_Girl.

I am going to enjoy telling MBNA that they voted yes to the IVA!

The future is bright! [8D][:D]

Well done and congrats. I'm two months down the line and it's really peaceful with the telephone, and the postman doesn't deliver every day now.
