nice to see you back on pod_moo and luke! i havent been posting for a while but i have been reading! like eveyone else its mad at my place too - lots of changes happening which a lot of staff are not happy about! but at least we have a job, especially in today's climate!

i have a very strange week ahead - i have an interview (tuesday) for a temporary job within the same organisation - i do hope i get it cos its the way i want to develop and the changes that are going on will mean in a few months my job will be spilt up into different teams and i will have to choose which team to go on! so it's lucky that this vacancy has arisen!!

on wednesday there is a creditors meeting called (i cannot afford my iva payments) to decide whether to:
1. accept what i have paid to date as a full and final
2. terminate the iva and creditors chase me direct
3. ip be allowed to draw the remaining funds as fees
4. terminate iva and ip petition for BR

i personally hope they go for number1!! but i dont think they will - i have already looked into BR and have an assist company on standby..........

like i said, it's gonna be a strange week!! lol

will let you all know how it turns out. xx

Fingers crossed that they accept Paul!

You can always do BR yourself rather than use an assist company - much cheaper and there are always people around on here and the sister company to help you fill in the forms.

hi jan

i hope they accept too!! i know that the people who post on the forum have mixed views about assist companies and i think its down to personal preferences. tbh i would rather the forms etc be right first time and that's why i have gone with the assist co. (the fee isnt as high as some i have seen being mentioned on here)
and the support they have given me so far has really helped with the current iva sitaution too! xx

Good firm and recommended by posters on here. Andy will be around if you have any problems.
